POLICIES
TREATMENTS
(EXCLUDING MICROBLADING, COMBO/OMBRE, BRIDAL MAKEUP AND SPECIAL OCCASION MAKEUP)
For all treatments (excluding cosmetic tattooing, bridal makeup services and special occasion makeup) 48 hours notice must be given for any changes or cancellations. You will receive an sms confirmation message 72 hours before your appointment to confirm your attendance.
In the event that you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointed time, no show to your appointment or do not arrive at the salon at the appointed time, then your booking fee will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 48 prior to your appointed time, then the whole booking fee may be used towards another booking. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the booking time will forfeit your booking fee.
We have a very strict cancellation policy and will not provide refunds no matter what the circumstance if the timing of your cancellation or rescheduling is within the 48 hour period. By booking in your appointment, you accept our booking fee terms and conditions.
MICROBLADING/COMBO/OMBRE
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy for any microblading, combo or ombre appointments is 2 weeks or more.
If less then 2 weeks notice is given for microblading, combo or ombre treatments your booking fee will be forfeited.
If more then 2 weeks is given the booking fee can be rolled over to another treatment or another day.
No refunds given on booking fees for cosmetic tattooing.
We have a very strict cancellation policy and will not provide refunds no matter what the circumstance if the timing of your cancellation or rescheduling is within the 2 weeks period. Please keep in mind we allocate 2-3 hours for each cosmetic tattooing service. We task that 2 or more weeks note is provided to give us enough time to be able to fill the time slot.
MAKEUP SERVICES
BRIDAL MAKEUP
When booking in bridal makeup services we reserve the date solely for you. There will be no refund of booking deposits if changes are requested, cancellations or change of mind takes place.
SPECIAL OCCASION MAKEUP
When booking special occasion makeup at the salon, a booking fee will need to paid. There is no refunds on booking fees for special occasion makeup. However if you give us 48 notice of any changes or cancellations, the booking fee can be transferred to a future booking.

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash.
We accept Afterpay instore only, but there is a 5% Afterpay surcharge.
We do not offer payment plans. All appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid on completion of the service.
Our treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the instance you change your mind and have prepaid services, the outstanding amount is kept on your file and you can use it towards other services or products.
Please choose carefully as we don’t refund product purchases for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
If the product is unopened, unused and in a saleable condition with intact packaging and the purchase is within 1 month of purchasing from us, an exchange can be made for change of mind.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and and cannot be redeemed for cash. The physical gift voucher must be presented in order to be redeemed. We do not accept verbal codes or screen shots of voucher numbers.
In relation to cancellations when a gift voucher applies, we request 48 hours notice.
Failure to not provide sufficient cancellation or rescheduling notice will forfeit 50% of the treatment total.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease and change prices without prior notice. Fluctuations in treatment and retail prices and salon consumables mean our prices may change without notice given.
For Austalian Shipping our preferred courier Sendle. For international orders we utilise Australia Post.
Once the order is received, we endeavour to ship the order between 1-4 days.
For any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been incorrectly delivered, we do not take responsibility for this, however we will be happy to investigate this for you with the courier company.
For international shipping, this is priced on request based on location. Please email us if you are requiring shipping outside of Australia.
