This booking fee is needed to secure your booking. The $100 deposit will come off your final total. Your appointment is not confirmed until booking fee is paid.
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy for any microblading or ombre appointments is 2 weeks or more.
If less then 2 weeks notice is given for cancelling or rescheduling microblading or ombre treatments your booking fee will be forfeited and booking fee won't be able to be applied to future bookings.
If more then 2 weeks is given the booking fee can be rolled over to another treatment.
No refunds given on booking fees for microblading or ombre appointments.
We have a very strict cancellation policy and will not provide refunds no matter what the circumstance if the timing of your cancellation or rescheduling is within the 2 weeks period.
For Austrlian shipping, our preferred courier is Sendle. For international orders we utilise Australia Post.
Once the order is received, we endeavour to ship the order between 1-4 days.
For any parcels that have gone missing, been stolen, or been incorrectly delivered, we do not take responsibility for this, however, we will be happy to investigate this for you with the courier company.
For international shipping, this is priced on request based on location. Please email us if you are requiring shipping outside of Australia.
Please choose carefully as we don’t refund product purchases for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
If the product is unopened, unused and in a saleable condition with intact packaging and the purchase is within 1 month of purchasing from us, an exchange can be made for change of mind.
